Tracey Roberts

UFH Practitioner Teacher | Practitioner Mentor & Facilitator
SBWC Co-Facilitator | Assistant to Dr. John Ryan

Tracey Roberts first met Dr. John Ryan in Ottawa in 2014. That meeting grew into a working relationship spanning more than a decade, through the development of Unity Field Healing and, later, the Sirian Blue White Collective. Together, John and Tracey support an international community of participants and practitioners, with John leading the creation, development and direction of the work.

Tracey’s contribution reaches across practitioner teaching, personal sessions, mentoring, events and the everyday conversations that keep a community connected. Someone may first meet her while asking about a training, hear her co-facilitating an SBWC event or get to know her through a one-to-one session. Over time, she often becomes a familiar person to turn to when a question arises or an experience needs a little more time and attention.

In her personal sessions and conversations, Tracey is interested in what someone is experiencing and how it fits into the life they are living. A meaningful session or transmission may leave a person with questions they hadn’t expected, particularly when they are also navigating changes in their relationships, family responsibilities, grief or uncertainty about the future. She offers room to talk things through, listen to what is emerging and consider what might be helpful in everyday life.

Storytelling is a natural part of the way Tracey communicates. She draws on recognisable experiences to help people explore what can otherwise feel difficult to put into words. She pays attention to recurring patterns and brings them into the conversation for people to consider for themselves, respecting their judgement and the time it may take to understand what they are noticing.

For UFH practitioners, this support often develops around the transition from training into practice. Working with clients brings questions about confidence, communication, boundaries and responsibility, alongside the practical matter of finding a sustainable place for the work in one’s life. Tracey offers mentoring for practitioners who are beginning, returning after time away or looking for support as their practice develops. Her mentoring follows the official UFH teachings, and she brings questions requiring John’s input directly to him.

People considering practitioner training are also welcome to speak with her. Having worked alongside John for many years, Tracey can help them understand what training involves and explore what is drawing them towards it. There is room to consider timing, ask practical questions and decide whether they want to practise with others or experience UFH personally through individual sessions.

Tracey’s life as a parent of children with autism and ADHD, alongside her own experience of neurodivergence, has shaped how she listens and responds to others. She understands how much can be happening beneath the surface of an ordinary day. Years of spiritual exploration, including times of questioning beliefs she once held, have also taught her to leave room for uncertainty. She brings that patience into her work, helping people explore their experiences and consider what feels honest and workable in their own lives.

Alongside her individual work, Tracey teaches within UFH practitioner trainings, co-facilitates Sirian Blue White Collective events and works closely with John on communications, event arrangements and practitioner support. She is based in Ottawa, Ontario, and offers personal UFH sessions and mentoring internationally through Zoom.
